Clinical Report Translation: Mandarin to English

I'm looking for a native Mandarin speaker who is also fluent in English to translate highly technical clinical reports for regulatory filings of a company. Ideal candidate should be: - A native Mandarin speaker with fluent English - Experienced in translating medical documents, particularly clinical reports, preclinical reports, CMC and manufacturing reports - Proficient in understanding and utilizing highly technical medical terminology - Familiar with the standards and requirements for regulatory filings The translated documents must be suitable for submission to regulatory bodies, hence accuracy, attention to detail and understanding of the medical and regulatory context are paramount.
