I would like to create a sales tracker on excel.
I want the sales data sheet to have the following information: date of first appointment, lead number, source, call duration, outcome, date sold, product, units sold, finish, discount, book price, price left, core price, split (%), conservation area (yes/no), building work (yes/no), next action date, notes.
I would like the excel document to calculate the following: overall/monthly/weekly conversion rate in decimal (sales appointments / sales), overall/monthly/weekly core price, average split percentage (weekly/monthly/overall, weekly/monthly/overall commission earned and monthly uplift earned (more details on this when needed), average conversion rate per units sold <5, 5-10, 11-15, 15+, average sales conversion on first appointment, average sales conversion on any sales past first appointment, conversion rate by product type, conservation area conversion rate, building work conversion rate.
If any other metrics are recommended then I am happy to include them.
The sales tracker should be fully automated for data input and calculations. Include basic graphs to visualize data trends. The tracker should be compatible with Excel 365. The graphs should follow a minimalistic design for a clean and straightforward look. Data will be manually entered by users. The sales tracker should have different user roles with specific access restrictions. The sales tracker should include user roles and access levels as follows: "Just admin."
