Convert Drupal Website to Static Site

We're looking for a professional who can convert our Drupal website into a static website. The main reason for this conversion is to facilitate easier maintenance. The site currently has 8 English pages and 8 Spanish total 16 pages. It has a slideshow on the home page and a contact form on the contact page. The same responsive design should be kept as-is. Please note, while we haven't specified which parts of the website need frequent updates, the static site should be designed for ease of updates, such as reusing common features like header, footer, menu, etc Ideal skills for this task include: - Proficiency in Drupal and static website development - Strong understanding of website maintenance - Ability to deliver a fully functional static site
