Development of an IMU based searchlight work title (FF2) Hardware: Suggested ESP32 with IMU and BT. The awarded supplier will design schematic produce pcb needed and implement the function described aswell as implement the App there are available stp files pdf and dxf the boads neending to made is a stack of 4 pcbs. Input 2,5-5 volt no recharging, source Li ion 21700 and 18650 Reverse polarity protection and inrush protection. 3x highpower LED drivers 2,5 Amp 6-9volt 2x Low power 20-40 mA led driver 2x 4LEDs in series then in parallel or if possible all in series for showing searchlight is in standby, 1x4 in series for battery status this output must be able to permanent be on or be blinking depending on voltage over cell status. IMU must be able to be setup to do pitch angle and rotation output fromthe MCU The LED driver must be dimmable continuesly stepless between threshold and max The LEDs has to have heat surveillance either by thermistor or by the led driver/MCU. BLE5 to integrate on an app for Android IOS Usability functionality scope: For The searchlight FF2 The FF2 is designed with 3 optical systems one is narrow one is midrange widebeam and one is super wide beam Depending on the rotation or pitch the light will gradually turn the LED groups up and down on the LED high power outputs side as such if one group goes down next group will go similar up I call it auto zoom The light has no switch the light will lie dormant when not used if you then pick it up it will be in standby mode and the 8 low power LEDs will go on and tell user its ready then if you then shake or tap the unit the IMU will pick this input up and turn on the light. And it will show the battery status when on. There will also be an option to dim the highpower out put by rotation so that if it rotate to the left its dimming and to the right autozoom. these functions are continuous loop in some seconds interval tbd The App win general be able to adjust these functions or disable them I will also be able upload new firmware to the [login to view URL] app will also be able to give out by mesh to turn on the light like as warning this would be like if an accident in a mine or man overboard situation or avalanche the warning (SOS) could even wake up a dormant light or a light already on..to give out SOS
