Job Description:
I am seeking a professional land surveyor and geotechnical engineer (or team) to assist with a single-family residential development project in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Scope of Work:
Land Surveying:
Conduct a detailed site survey, including property boundaries, topography, existing structures, and utility locations.
Deliver a site map in CAD or similar format, suitable for submission to city authorities.
Soil Report:
Perform geotechnical testing and analysis to determine soil conditions, bearing capacity, and groundwater levels.
Provide a comprehensive soil report with recommendations for foundation design, site preparation, and drainage.
Project Details:
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (specific address will be provided upon hiring).
Property Size: 7000sf
Project Purpose: Development of a single-family residential home.
Start Time: Work to begin in January 2025 and be completed within 3–6 weeks.
Requirements:
Experience with residential projects, particularly in Rancho Cucamonga or similar areas.
Ability to meet local city requirements and regulations for permits and submissions.
Deliverables:
For Land Survey: A detailed site survey (digital and printed copies).
For Soil Report: A complete geotechnical report with recommendations (digital and printed copies).
