Complex Pen Mechanical Design

I've been working for a year on a very unique pen, and am I'm looking for a mechanical engineer or 3D modeler to design the moving components of a prototype. This pen is broken into four components, one of which is already complete:
COMPLETED: Flexible Electronics PCB
INCOMPLETE:
a) The front, which is a cylinder that can accommodate a particular pencil and a small side-twisting gear that can rotate out a D2-sized crayon (a cartridge from the [login to view URL])
b) The back, which is a twist eraser that, when twisted in reverse, ejects a pen.
*Note: If it is easier, the pen and the crayon positions may be swapped, so that a small side button ejects the pen to the front, and twisting the eraser in reverse ejects the crayon
c) An overall housing that can be opened to hold the batteries, remove pencil lead jams, and eject the pen lead via a side button.
The design will need to accommodate tight tolerances and involve moving parts. If you are able to do any one of these parts, even that is fantastic!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience designing mechanical components for prototypes
- An understanding of working with moving parts and tight tolerances
- A creative approach to problem-solving
