As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for providing career guidance and support to individuals, assisting them in making informed decisions about their career paths, conducting assessments, and developing career development plans. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of career counseling techniques and resources Experience in conducting career assessments and interpreting results Ability to provide guidance on educational and career pathways Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Mbbs, Engineering,, Management, Education, or related field Relevant certifications in career counseling are a plus Payscale & Timing Our payscale ranges from 7 8,000 to 18,000 as a starting point, with future increments based on performance.
