Residential Renovation Architect Needed

I'm looking for a licensed architect based in DC for a residential renovation project. The focus of this renovation is primarily drafting the permit drawings for the interior locations listed below- Kitchen-layout change Powder Room-layout change Hall Bathroom-existing layout to remain-fixture change out only Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience in residential architecture - Proven track record creating construction documents - Excellent knowledge of DC building codes and regulations - Experience responding to DOB review comments - Experience coordinating with MEP consultants - Licensed to operate in DC Will need permit set completed.
