We are looking for an Android App where people will download our app, select their problem of their electronic appliances for diagnosis, schedule their first free video call with our experts.
Their will be three panels.
Customer panel
Partner panel
Admin panel on web.
Customer App part:
After customer signup, customer needs to enter their details, address, pincode on their profile.
When customer will open their account then they will see the services available on their pincode only.
When customer will open their account, app will fetch their current location by automatically or by entering pincode. Customer will download our app, select their problem of their electronic appliances for diagnosis, schedule their first free video call with our experts by selecting time and date slot shown on the app. Customer will get a video call as per schedule.
After call gets ended, customer will get an option 'Satisfied or not'?
If customer will select yes or not then its notification will go to that calling partner directly.
All the activities done on customer app, will be stored on customer dashboard.
If customer has any problem with any services, their will be an option of customer service. Customer will click on contact us form by selecting any of the options available there in tabs.
After selecting those tabs, there will be an option to type their problem, then enter captcha and submit.
Customer signup should be beautiful with otp authentication.
After submitting their complaint, a ticket number will be generated and all the complaints will be stored on customer care tab in admin panel and all the complaints can be resolved or closed from admin panel on customer service tab.
Admin will have the option to reset the password if any user by sending them link.
Parter App Part: Partner will download their app, create their account with their pincode, select their specialisation only by selecting categories of products mentioned over there.
According to their specialisation and pincode only they will get video or audio call from buyers.
Suppose any partner will select their service area pincodes on their profile, then they should get customers from those pincodes only, their profile should be seen to the customers of those pincodes only.
Partner will see total calls, total sales, cancelled calls, missed calls on their app according to datewise, daywise, monthwise, custom datewise.
If partner misses any calls, they can make call back also to buyer.
After buyer making any payment to any partners, they will get option to give feedback or post ratings to that profile.
Partner can increase, decrease price or offer free services for anything.
Partner can add or remove any service.
Partner can on or off their account on anyday by selecting a single on off button on their profile on top. If partner will select off button their products or services will not be shown on our app on that day until it's not turned on.
Customer should have the option to apply filter services according to price, feedback count, brand, category.
Whenever any service is completed, customer will have to pay an amount to partner but partner will get 10% lesser amount than actual amount. 10% amount will be stored in admin panel and will be deposited to admin account only.
Admin can block or unblock, suspend or reinstate any partner or customer anytime.
All the transactions, data should be stored on admin panel in Excel sheets in different tabs.
