We are looking for a reliable long-term partner which consults us in Marketing strategy, creates a strategy, marketing plan and executes the plan. Creates and post ads and reports back which ads and posts were most successful.

We want to launch our Rental Home review platform in South Africa in February - March 2025.
We are also thinking to launch a demo version first, so user can interact with the platform for free and we can solve software and workflow issues during this period. Your input would be valuable for us.
Clients are private costumer (25 to 60 years) and property agencies, property owners. So we have 2 different audiences. (B2C and B2B).
I can imagine one post a day on different social media platforms ( Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, ...) in the beginning and supporting with blog entries. Also paid ads on Google. But this depends on your suggestions regarding marketing plan.
The competitor and target persona analyses was done a while ago.
Can you quote us a monthly retainer for creating a marketing plan and then execute the social media marketing (posts, ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). Should the social media and marketing be successful we offer a long-term partnership.
