Job Title: Tax Expert for Belated Tax Filing - TCS on Debit Card Transactions Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable tax expert to assist with filing belated tax returns and addressing Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on international debit card transactions under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS). The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, expertise in handling belated tax filings, and the ability to manage complex tax matters efficiently. Responsibilities: Analyze the provided financial data and transactions to understand the tax implications. Calculate the TCS amount and verify the information with the TDS certificate (Form 16A) and Form 26AS. Prepare and file belated income tax returns (ITR), ensuring accurate reporting of income, TDS/TCS details, and any applicable deductions or exemptions. Communicate effectively with the client to clarify any queries and provide regular updates on the progress. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the project. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling tax matters, preferably with a focus on belated tax filings and TCS on international transactions. In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations, including LRS and TCS provisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex tax scenarios.
