Project Deadlines Infographic

Hello, we would like a graphic that illustrates our ability to meet project deadlines. We would like to highlight the elements that go into meeting schedules: Project Plan, Personnel Availability Projections, Depth of Team, Scheduling Daily Tasks, Tracking Project Milestones, Communications, QA/QC. These need to be editable by color and font. We want to communicate the same concepts and information as what is in the provided text, but with infographics rather than a long narrative of text. Project Plan. The Project Plan distributes to the Project Team fundamental information critical to properly completing the project. Each Project Plan includes the following components: Project Vision, Critical Success Factors and Performance Measures, Risk Elements and Risk Prevention Measures, QC Team, and the Milestone and Deliverable Schedule. Personnel Availability Projections. We understand and manage our recent, current, and projected workload to maintain predictable schedules while delivering quality deliverables. We analyze workload projections for an individual, department, discipline, or any combination up to the entire company. Depth of Team. A project team’s success is built around the individuals who make up the team. Jones Edmunds has exceptional team of professionals to provide services for X Client. This team provides professional and technical capabilities that exceed the specific requirements of this project/contract. Team members have excellent reputations for providing top-quality service to other Florida Counties and Cities, and our resumes, supplied in the following pages, are filled with similar projects. Scheduling Daily Tasks. We have routine daily touchpoint meetings with our staff to identify potential conflicts, overload, or gaps and then plan to avoid them. These regular and daily touch point meetings help us act expeditiously and balance the workload on multiple tasks. Project tasks within mirror those in our Scope of Services, as do our planned and projected labor and the associated costs. Tracking Project Milestones. Jones Edmunds will maintain an established production schedule throughout the Contract. It is set up to allow adjustments and revised milestones if changes occur over the life of the Contract. Our Project Management Team will hold regular meetings with you and team members to review the status of the scope of work, deadlines, and budgets and develop mutually agreed-upon milestones and deliverables. Communications. Effective communication is the most significant factor for project success. Regularly providing tangible assurance of project progress is vital to your team. Communication for this project will include meetings at critical points, frequent status meetings (at least monthly), and as-needed calls or web meetings with the County to discuss project ideas, concerns, or issues. QA/QC. Quality Assurance (QA) involves systematically planning, monitoring, and evaluating services to meet and maintain stringent quality standards. Quality Control (QC) involves the specific activities performed to examine work products against the quality standards of our clients, company, and industry. Essentially, QA is focused on the process, whereas QC is focused on the deliverables. Attached are our Brand Guidelines, which have our branding colors, guidelines, and examples. We would like this graphic to be editable so that we can change the numbers and fonts. This graphic needs to be in Arial Narrow and a minimum 12-point font. It should fit within a half page of an 8.5x11 with a 1” margin page. We prefer getting Adobe Illustrator or InDesign working files for these once the designs are approved.
