As a real estate agent, I need a logo that captures a modern, architectural and dynamic look. My slogan is "Expert Guidance, Modern Living." I was hoping to use blue, white with a hint of orange but I am open to color suggestions.

Key Requirements:

- The logo should clearly represent both new construction and resale homes.
- It should be simple and minimalistic, making it easy to understand at a glance.
- The design needs to be effective for social media, as this is the most critical medium for its application, but it should also translate well for signage and print materials.
My slogan is "Expert Guidance, Modern Living" or "Kelly McGowen, Residential"

I'm envisioning a logo that features a drawing of an architectural house, with one half completed and the other still under construction. Or an idea of an architectural house with my slogan.
