Design of a Logo for MOCHTLI that will be used to give identity to a project to promote the Magueyes and Mezcales of Mexico (Agave Distillates or Maguey Mexican Spirits)

The design must be ORIGINAL and be based on Pre-Hispanic elements and form a symbol that includes a RABBIT.
the logo should be inspired by the Pre-Hispanic Worldview (Cosmovisión) and the RABBIT form inspired by the myths and legends of the Ancient Mexicans and the drawings captured in Pre-Hispanic Codex (Codices) where the Symbolism of the Rabbit (Tochtli) is represented, integrated with the most representative symbolic elements of the Mezcal such as the Maguey or Agave (Metl) and the Moon (Meztli).

We would like that the logo preferably has a round or circular shape since this form is adapts to various requirements that we have identified,
also must include the name MOCHTLI in a Typography or Original Lettering that is consistent with your proposal Logo.

Please send us your logo designs using a single color., Use black or gray on a white background and without using effects, perspectives or shading ...
keep in mind that it must be an original and harmonious design that looks good on serigraphy (silkscreen), engraved in metal, etc.

Diseño de un Logotipo para MOCHTLI que será utilizado para dar identidad a un proyecto de promoción de los Magueyes y Mezcales de México (Destilados de Agave Mexicanos)

El Diseño deberá ser ORIGINAL y estar basado en elementos de tipo Prehispánico y conformar un Símbolo que incluya un CONEJO. El logotipo deberá estar inspirado en la Cosmovisión del México Prehispánico y la forma del CONEJO inspirada en los mitos y leyendas de los Antiguos Mexicanos y a los dibujos plasmados en diversos Códices Prehispánicos donde son representados el Simbolismo del Conejo (Tochtli) integrado con los elementos simbólicos mas representativos del Mezcal como lo son el Maguey o Agave (Metl) y la Luna (Meztli).

Nos parece adecuado que el logotipo preferentemente tenga una forma redonda o circular ya que esta forma se adapta a diversos requerimientos que hemos identificado, ademas deberá incluirse el nombre MOCHTLI en una Tipografía o Lettering Original que vaya acorde con su propuesta de Logotipo.

Favor de enviarnos sus diseños de logotipo utilizando un solo color., usar negro o gris sobre fondo blanco y sin usar efectos, perspectivas o sombreado…
Por favor tenga en cuenta que debe ser un diseño original y armonioso que luzca bien en serigrafía, grabados en metal, etc.

Acabamos de Adjuntar la imagines 17, 18 y 19 las cuales en conjunto ejemplifican perfectamente el tipo de detalles que estamos buscando…el decorado del vestuario es estilo prehispánico, Fusionando elementos de la planta del Maguey (En el cuerpo se presentan las siluetas como las de una “Piña de Maguey” y de la cola sale un “Quiote” como el que le brota al Maguey cuando alcanza su maduración, el personaje en la cabeza luce un tocado como Corona Prehispanica lo cual le da un aire de Realeza ademas en su mano porta el tradicional vaso que se usa para beber Mezcal…

Hola! Efectivamente...Este punto que mencionas es algo que tenemos que tener muy presente, ya que el concepto que elijamos deberá ser funcional para las diferentes aplicaciones, donde por ejemplo en el caso grabados en metal como el de la imagen C9 que adjuntamos el tamaño de diámetro sera de unos 3 cms.(1.2 Pulgadas) y en el caso de Etiquetas el diámetro mínimo será de unos 6.5 cms. (2.6 Pulgadas) Gracias por Preguntarlo...!!
