I need a design for a new website. This is only for the home page design (its a 1 page site). No development required. Final deliverable should be in Figma file and jpg

The domain is "isweedlegalincolombia.com"

The purpose of this single page design is to answer the question "Is weed (marijuana) legal in Colombia?"
(The answer is yes, medically. And recreationally legal with other rules...)

Along with answering the big question, somewhere near the top we should also add a spot for a contact form/advertisement for a Colombian female doctor who specializes in medicinal cannabis and does virtual and in-person consultations.
