Hello! With all due respect, I believe that this type of work should be conducted as a "project" rather than a "competition," as it does not involve design actions where different options can be generated and evaluated. This is a mechanical task that any architect should be able to complete without issue. Participating in a competition, where multiple people are doing the same work simultaneously, is a waste of time. Best regards!

Could you clarify the situation at the entrance? In the sketch, it appears that the wall on the right starts on one side and then shifts to the left. However, in the pictures, it seems that the wall starts on one side and then shifts to the right, possibly widening the corridor. Could you please confirm which layout is accurate and provide the dimensions in that area?

I'll provide exact dimensions of the corridor tomorrow if that's ok. Stairs are 0.83m and all hallway (inc. stairs) is 1.7m. Yes it shifts by 0.275m. We will update the drawing in a bit.

Dear, I don’t think that the total height available in the interior of the attic will comply with building regulations for a conversion to a habitable room. If you're interested, feel free to send me a message to discuss it further.

No worries, it's good to clarify.

It's basically in the space where it is now bedroom. It will go up and turn towards the wall, where it suppose to reach around the mid point of the house. Is that a bit clearer?

Question, is the provided sketch of the ground floor same as the existing layout or is it modified, because i see a lot of elements in the provided pictures (such as window sizes, corridor width, missing walls, wrong parts of the layout) that do not correspond to the sketches

It's existing layout. We can remeasure any elements if needed. Let me know.

Windows: Kitchen ground floor back: 120x120, toilet ground floor back 120x45, living room ground floor front 150x150, bedroom front first floor 120x150 and then other two back first floor are 120x100. All in cm.

Nothing is being changed, only staircase on the first floor leading to the attic (Inc walls and doors) and attic itself

i and other serious architects will be working on your project but please be aware of AI scammers since a lot will be submitting here using AI generated images that aren't even about your project, also i would really hope that this contest doesn't end up abandoned like many others because of scammers

As long as there is at least one good submission, addressing our requirements as per example from other application and based on our measurements, we will not abandon this for sure!

If the submission is really good (accurate, look professional and similar to the example), we may even pay more than the content is for :-)

Hi Moncef, dimensions are mainly from inside. Only 7.43 meters in side view is from outside.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions!
