We are seeking a 3D graphic/visual artist with a flair for electronic hardware to create a highly detailed, visually appealing 3D render/animation of an IoT product designed for remote monitoring in the HVAC maintenance/service industry. The purpose of this engagement/contest is to provide us with clear product visualization, specifically for investor engagement as the hardware device is at the core of our technology. But the hardware is yet to be manufactured. So this is completely conceptual by nature, but we do understand what it will most likely look like when we do build it. So....Drum Roll?? It will have layers of at least 4 separable technology visualizations including on board communication capability in LoRa, Wi-Fi, 5G and BACnet, a processing core, printed circuits boards, antennae, mounting brackets, so it will appear to meet ingress protection ratings so a rubber seal/s at the part, or parts where it opens up for the exploded view. It's going to be a waterproof device designed to be outdoors in the rain, but not underwater. My concept for size and shape is that it looks like a cylinder. Much in the shape of a 375ml drink can like Coke / Pepsi but ideally half the diameter and half the length, so maybe an empty toilet roll cardboard. It comes apart in the centre by a machines screw thread on both sides for repairs, and to show the exploded view, and it also has a shorter lid on top that unscrews to allow the connection of external sensors and maybe a few dip switches that are set for different configurations. It does not have to be anything functional in terms of working hardware, we are not working toward industrial design.

Your key tasks will include:
1) Understanding the information within this post to develop a future hardware product into an exquisite 3D design, ensuring every component detail of the hardware is perfectly represented and can be easily identified with exploded view and tagged out descriptions, much like it works in Matterport. The tag is clicked and out pops descriptive text boxes.

2) Using accurate materials and lighting to create a photorealistic visualisation that is sleek, modern and looks to be a graphic representation of high-quality product, using brushed stainless steel or similar for the outer casing with some obvious to the eye components like IP rated external connection ports, where the external sensors would be plugged in and few different small discrete LED lamps that will illuminate for indicators such as system online/fault/connectivity etc. No more than 3 or 4 required.

3) Ensuring the sleek modern tech design you offer is optimized in multiple media/deliverable formats to be used easily and effectively across a range of mediums from an animated GIF for pitch decks and static pic for brochures, through to the full animated exploding model for linked, FB Vimeo etc. optimized for online product listings, with a focus on enhancing its market appeal

The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in:
- 3D modelling, with particular expertise in highly detailed, accurate designs in the IoT /electronics domain
- Texturing and lighting to create a realistic, visually appealing 3D product
- Prior work on projects focused electronic devices.
