Customer service is was helpful
Unfortunately, my shipment was lost/stolen after delivery. While this was bad, customer service resolved this issue quickly and was pleasant to deal with. It turns out though, that my size was sold out and I could not reorder.

High Price Low Quality
I’ve purchased Tommy Bahama clothing items for decades and this is the only item I have ever had to return. Even on sale at 50% off $650 (@ $325) I found that price way too high for the poor quality of workmanship and design of this Rocker Island leather jacket. Certainly better quality leather jackets by other manufacturers are available at both price points, on sale or full price. The leather felt really cheap and stiff and was inconveniently cut in its design, especially around the neck where it oddly sticks straight up and does not fold down like most jackets. Additionally, there was a button missing from a snap on the inside pocket which further showed poor attention to details, quality control and overall craftsmanship.

Nice leather jacket
It looks slightly puckered when zipped up. Otherwise, it fits well, and has good details. The leather feels like good quality, as do the zippers
