11:40 AM PT -- The NYPD tells TMZ ... the second suspect, a 17-year-old male, was arrested and charged on Thursday in Queens on 2 counts of first-degree criminal mischief and 1 count of first-degree reckless endangerment.

Two people are accused of going for an underground joy ride ... with police arresting one and searching for the other after they say the duo tried to operate a subway train -- but, ultimately crashed.

New video, released by the NYPD, shows two people -- a man and a woman -- in a dark subway car in Queens last week. The woman is wearing an all-pink outfit, complete with a pink shower cap. The man's in a blue tank top and red athletic shorts.

The video only shows the two walking through the car ... but, cops say they then tried to play conductor -- getting the subway to move about 50 feet before crashing it.

A tourist walking down a street in Italy was killed when a statue fell from a building and landed on her head ... and it's all on video.

Footage from the freak accident shows 30-year-old Prada manager Chiara Jaconis strolling through Naples with her boyfriend ... when suddenly a statue falls from above and comes crashing down on her head.

The direct hit sends Jaconis to the pavement ... her body is motionless as her horrified boyfriend Livio Rousseau drops to his knees beside her and cries out her name.

A luxury yacht sank off the coast of Los Angeles ... taking on water after a ton of fireworks blasted off from the deck.

In a scene straight out of the film "Battleship," firefighters responded to the Marina del Rey harbor Wednesday night to fight a blaze consuming a 120-foot-yacht ... with news crews on hand to film the blaze.

Sean "Diddy" Combs wants out of federal lockup really badly ... he's proposed a $50 million package to secure his release on bail until his trial begins.

Diddy's team filed the offer with the federal court, and it's an impressive offer in terms of the assets he's willing to lay on the line. According to the docs, Diddy says his mansion on Miami's Star Island would be offered up as collateral ... that's worth $48 million, and his mother's Miami home would cover the remaining $2 mil.

He's also willing to have his travel limited to Florida, NY and New Jersey. Presumably, he would live in Miami and travel to the NY area to face trial. Diddy says he's willing to wear a GPS monitor, so the feds can track his whereabouts.

The rapper brought out North, Saint, Chicago and even little Psalm to take the stage with him for the 'Vultures' listening party at the Wuyuan River Sports Stadium in Hainan.

Eight months after a door plug blew out on Alaska Airlines Flight 1282, co-pilot Emily Wiprud is speaking out about just how harrowing the ordeal was for everyone on board.

The pilot, who was the First Officer for the now infamous flight, sat down with CBS News, where she confessed she didn't realize the extent of the damage when it first occurred. As Wiprud recalled, she first heard an explosion and a loud "whoosh of air" before her body was forced forward.

Per Wiprud, she looked back through the flight deck door, which was open at the time, and "saw tubes hanging from the cabin."

11:02 AM PT -- Delta released a third update to this morning's runway collision.

"No customer or crew member injuries have been reported, and operations are continuing as normal at the Atlanta airport."

9:59 AM PT -- Delta released an updated statement after this morning's collision.

“At approximately 10:07 a.m., the wing of an Airbus A350 taxiing out as DL295 from Atlanta to Tokyo-Haneda made contact with the tail of an Endeavor Air CRJ-900, DL5526 to LaFayette, Louisiana, on an adjacent taxiway, resulting in damage to the tail of the regional jet and the wing of the A350.

"There have been no reported injuries at this time and customers are being transported back to the terminal where they will be reaccommodated on alternate flights.

"There were 221 customers on DL295 and 56 customers on DL5526. At this time, no additional operational adjustments are expected.

"Delta is cooperating with the NTSB and other authorities on this incident.”

Two Delta Air Lines planes collided on a runway in a shocking scene at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Tuesday.

The morning incident reportedly occurred when one flight was taxiing on the runway, about ready to take off for Louisiana.

According to eyewitnesses, the other plane clipped the back end of the flight ... terrifying people onboard.

Tuesday's season finale of "The Bachelorette" had a disastrous conclusion as Jenn Tran broke down in tears as she described how she was ultimately dumped by her suitor Devin Strader.

The drama unfolded when Tran came out onstage and sat down with host Jesse Palmer for ABC's 3-hour Bachelorette finale – after JP announced to the audience there was no happy ending in this love story.
