Tindie

1. Buy a product

When buying on Tindie, you are buying from another person like you. The seller holds the inventory and (in most cases) designed the product they are selling. Tindie is the happy home where buyers and sellers meet.

2. Your payment is safe

To make Tindie as safe as possible for customers, we hold your payment until the seller has shipped your order. That way if anything happens, your funds can always be refunded in full.

Many of the products on Tindie are made in small batches (some are even soldered and assembled by hand) so they may not ship immediately. However, we know you are excited to recieve your order, so if a seller is unable to ship your order within 14 days, we automatically refund it (however most orders ship much faster). You can always contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns and we'll respond within 24 hours.

3. Track and receive

Once a seller ships your order, we will email you to let you know the order is on its way. In most cases, there will also be a tracking code included by the seller.

4. Leave a review

After you've received your order, please leave a review on the product. Tindie is a community marketplace so we depend upon the kindness of our customers to enrich the community for everyone else.
