Last year was a bumper year for film. Wicked burst on to our screens, Inside Out 2 peered into our brains once again and Gladiator stomped back into the arena with a new chapter.
But what about 2025? As we look ahead to the cinematic offerings, there is an exciting mix of bold epics and star-studded returns. From the high-octane action of Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning and Avatar: Fire and Ash to gripping dramas such as The Running Man and The Lost Bus, there is something for everyone. Directors such as Brady Corbet, Edgar Wright and Luca Guadagnino will deliver new stories, while big names such as Tom Cruise, Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt return to the screen.
