More than two years have passed since the independent disciplinary panel of the British Horseracing Authority adjudicated on the complaint made by Bryony Frost against Robbie Dunne, her fellow jump jockey. The panel found Dunne guilty of harassing and bullying Frost and banned him for 18 months, with the last three months of the sentence suspended.
Dunne’s ban was reduced to ten months on appeal and he returned to National Hunt racing in October 2022. “It has been a horrible time for all the parties involved and I am truly sorry for the unfortunate incident at Southwell.
