bought some gold mine aw organic sourkaut today ..its awesome, a bit pricey but awesome! gotta learn to do this myself… it has cabbage, water and salt.. thats it give it a try if you love sourkraut as i do!

    I can’t wait to try a whole line of organic raw products – today I saw raw pickles, pickled carrots, kimchee, pickled beets, and some other things.

    i love kraut i put it in and on everything! in salad in my faux rice over kelp noodles…..any where something needs a kick of flavor!

    is the brand name “gold mine” I’d love to get raw pickles , beets, etc.. that’s been my biggest weakness lately. I’ve been eating high raw but having to eat a few pickles on my salads. raw ones would be awesome!
