4th day as a Vegan:)

Hey guys! So I'm new here. Just went vegan, and I feel so great knowing I'm making a difference, even if it's a small one. I have a slight problem, I know most people lose weight while being vegan but I'm looking to gain. I am now eating about 2,500 calories per day. I'm a female 18 years old and I currently weigh 97lbs so I'm definelty on the thin side. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome!

    Are you getting enough calories for your lifestyle? If you're active with a high metabolism, even 2,500 might not be enough.

    Eat medjool dates- they are calorie dense, having amazing health benefits, and are very addicting!!
