It’s creepy how close this is to real cookie dough ice cream.

Recipe Directions

1. Blend cashews and agave with a little water to make it nice and smooth and creamy.

2. Spoon it in a bowl, and mix in chocolate chip cookie dough.

3. Process through ice cream maker.

4. Freeze for 15 minutes.

skz - there is some agave nectar available that isn't raw - just a distinction to use the raw kind, I think. I haven't tried this recipe yet, but for most recipes, cashews just need to be soaked for a couple of hours or so.

rawclaire, you are a raw sweets genius!!!!!

skz-I always soak my cashews overnight. Makes them nice n digestible. Yes, raw agave nectar is the same as aw agave. Just make sure to get the raw kind, like angie said. :)

How long do you have to soak the cashews? Is the raw agave the same as agave nectar or something else? Thanks in advance!
