This is my imitation of cookies and cream ice cream. So delicious and creamy!

1. Blend cashews, coconut, and sweetener in the Vitamix till creamy smooth. Add a little water if needed to make a smooth cream.
2. Freeze for 20 minutes.
3. Process in ice cream maker. Freeze again for 20 minutes.
4. Crumble Oreos into ice cream.
