If the TV cannot play the audio from the USB drive successfully, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Check whether the TV supports playing the format
of the audio/video.
- Change another video/audio that plays on the TV.
- Change another USB drive or format the USB drive
and try again.
- If the TV has internet access, please check if
there is a new version of software updated online or not.
Press the Home button on the TV remote, and select Settings-->Device Preferences-->About-->System update-->Network Update:
