30 Day Performance Guarantee: We give our customers a full 30 days to try our products out, to make sure they meet and exceed expectations in all manners of comfort, style, and sound. If for whatever reason they do not, our customers are entitled to a no-questions-asked refund. U.S. customers will get free return shipping. Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay for return shipping costs.
Warranty
1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.

The best earbuds I’ve ever had!!
They are great! The basses are clean and detailed, mids and high frequencies are focused and balanced…finally I can enjoy and listen music for REAL! And being a sound engineer for me these earbuds are a game changer, finally I can check my mix in the right way, if my mixes sound good on these, I’m sure that I’ve done a great mix 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😎😎

I’ve had my buds for over 3 years
I’ve had my buds for over 3 years the first ones I lost so I decided to buy another pair and at the time of purchase it was buy one at full price and 25% of the second pair so I bought my girlfriend a pair it’s been about three years since then and my girlfriend just bought me the Bose open ear and they didn’t fit right so I exchanged them for the Bose ultra in all honesty there is no other buds that is better then the between 3ANC they are better in every way loudness bass clarity and my favorite the battery life is totally insane here are my between pros and other buds that they are better than tested and tried between pros are simply #1 I was hoping to maybe se if they had any new designs for 2025 or 2024 the between pros sound the best and loudest and clearer and way longer battery life for real

It,s no true
I never received the headphones and they marked them as delivered. I complained in a message on the page but they only told me to look for them with neighbors or possibly they were stolen and they no longer give the option to continue interacting so what happened to the equipment that I did not receive.

Remarkable sound quality
So pleased with these Earbuds. After reading they had a 3 way speaker system I had to try them, I wasn't disappointed. The sound quality is amazing, I have not heard anything that surpasses their clarity from a portable device, and unch of the base speakers really do make you go wow. I'm so content with the buds, I have just purchased a pair of of Core headsets for the days at home.
