Shipping policy
Batch Deliveries
Big items, such as ergonomic chairs and standing desks, are scheduled for delivery by Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 10 a.m. onwards. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but we can ensure that the delivery driver will contact you once your order is at their next drop-off location.
Shipping fees will be charged for special deliveries of big items on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.
Small items such as accessories are scheduled for Monday to Friday
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for in-stock items.
The shipping fee is covered in all areas of Metro Manila.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Stance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Stance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
