Sub-Processors

Sub-processors 

  1. ANS Group Limited – data is stored in the UK.
  2. Iomart Group 2.1 Redstation Limited, data hosted in UK.2.2 Iomart Group plc, data hosted in the UK.
  3. Amazon Web Services EMEA Sarl – used if files are being uploaded or downloaded to a SmartSurvey customer’s account – data hosted in the UK and Ireland. *Note: If your account was created from the 26th September 2019 onwards, only UK-based AWS servers will be used to host the data.   4. Cloudflare, Inc. SmartSurvey only uses servers in Cloudflare’s Anycast network which are located in the UK. Other sub-processors 

  1. MessageBird B.V. - If you have any SMS feature contained in your SmartSurvey account, the personal data contained in that SMS may be processed by MessageBird B.V. The personal data processed by MessageBird B.V. is stored in Belgium and Netherlands. SMS traffic data, including the personal data of end-users, are not stored or processed by MessageBird outside of the EU. The SMS service infrastructure and platform of MessageBird are solely located in the EU; more specifically, in The Netherlands and Belgium. 
  2. Vultr - All customer data remains in the UK. Vultr does not access customer data to maintain data sovereignty. Vultr is used if you use the emailing tool, scheduling sent by email, or export to email features
  3. FireText Communications Ltd - If you have any SMS feature contained in your SmartSurvey account, the personal data contained in that SMS may be processed by FireText. The personal data processed by FireText is stored in the UK and is not transferred outside of the UK.
  4. Microsoft  - Used for sentiment analysis feature and microservices.  We use Microsoft Azure to process data which is used for sentiment analysis. The processing as part of this solution is not used to train the LLM, the LLM is already trained with Microsoft data and is statically included in the service we run. Microsoft does not have access to view this data and the data is not transferred outside of the UK.
  5. Integration.app -  Used if you  integrate SmartSurvey to a third-party app using the "Integrations" page on the survey options menu. Data may be transferred outside of  the UK by Integration.app as well as any third-party app you integrate with.
