How to enter the real app from the disguise screen?
Long Press the submit button, or
Enter your password and press or long press the submit button.
How to edit or delete the customized tracking values?
Go to More->Settings->Customize Statistics Screen, there is a toggle button to show/hide it from the stats page, a edit button to change the color and icon, and a delete button to delete it completely from every activity.
