CSA Comprehensive Emergency Assistance Program for rent or mortgage helps prevent evictions and foreclosures. To receive assistance, you must have experienced in the last 4 months (180 days), a job loss resulting in a reduction in income or a documented unexpected expense that prevented you from being able to pay your rent or mortgage and you must be behind on your payment.
If applicants’ application for assistance is approved, the landlord or mortgage company must be willing to wait for CSA payment.
Prior to CSA making a payment, all overages must be paid to landlord or mortgage company. All documents must be submitted within 72 hours or the timeframe stated by the assigned caseworker.
Landlord/Mortgage Company must be willing to work with the Community Services Agency (CSA) and wait on our payment if approved.

Once your application is processed and approved, your landlord will be paid directly within 30 days from the date your application was received.
