Dispute fines

  • The below form enables you to submit a dispute request related to Public transport, Licensing, Traffic and roads services.
  • Use separate form if you have more than one complaint.
  • Petition (Appeal) will be cancelled if failed to submit the ticket.
  • Offending driver/victim must be present.
  • Customer can submit dispute within 30 days from the date of fine issuance for all fines.
  • Customer will be informed of the dispute status through SMS within 30 days from dispute submission date.

  • Offending driver need to submit a certified letter from the company or sponsor to the Manager of grievance committee (Public Transport Agency) describing the reasons for the objection and details of the violation

  • A copy of valid commercial trade license
  • Any other supporting document that may prove that the violation isn’t right /genuine
  • An Official letter on the Company letter head (in Arabic or English), stamped and signed by the authorized signatory or form through the system by the company addressed to the Head of ROW Fines Grievance Committee, stating the subject of the grievance request and reasons and details of the objection to the violation
  • A copy of the violation
  • A copy of valid commercial trade license
  • Any other supporting document that may prove that the violation isn’t right /genuine
