- The below form enables you to submit a dispute request related to Public transport, Licensing, Traffic and roads services.
- Use separate form if you have more than one complaint.
- Petition (Appeal) will be cancelled if failed to submit the ticket.
- Offending driver/victim must be present.
- Customer can submit dispute within 30 days from the date of fine issuance for all fines.
- Customer will be informed of the dispute status through SMS within 30 days from dispute submission date.
