Paid for online services

WebChat, Message a Counsellor and PeopleStyles are paid for services available via this website. By submitting a request/order for these services you are offering to buy the service at the price set out on this website(s) and you are allowing us to use your personal information for the purposes of supplying the service.

Once the service has been supplied, you have the right to ask that your details be removed from our system. If you wish to do this or to make a subject access request, please read the section 'Your rights and managing your own data' in our privacy policy for full details on how to do this.

Your use of this site

You may not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. In particular, but not exclusively you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material:

Age 

Our online WebChat and Message a Counsellor services are only available to those aged 18 years and over. Please see our Children and Young People's Counselling service for under 18s.

Coverage

We take the safety and welfare of our clients very seriously. This is why we are only able to offer our services to those clients who are residing or working in the UK or who are members of the UK’s armed forces currently working abroad. This approach ensures that where necessary we can more easily support those clients who require additional resourcing to organisations or statutory bodies external to Relate but within the UK.

Availability of this website

Whilst we try to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day we are not liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable for any period of time.

We make no warranty that this website is free from defects, viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive or that any defects and viruses that do arise will be corrected. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with all or any hardware and software that you may use.
