Mandy Moore Is Selling Her Midcentury Modern Gem in Pasadena for $6M

“This Is Us” star Mandy Moore has listed her picture-perfect 1950s home in Pasadena, CA, for $6 million.

The three-bedroom charmer offers 3,551 square feet of interior space and sits on an acre and a half.

Moore purchased the Harold B. Zook–designed property in 2016. It’s where she and Taylor Goldsmith got married and the only home their two boys have ever known. Now, with a third baby on the way (it’s a girl), the family is ready to move on.

The home’s hilltop location offers breathtaking views of the valley and mountains.

The home was renovated by a trifecta of local talent: architect Emily Franham, interior designer Sarah Sherman Samuel, and landscape architecture firm Terremoto. Moore is reportedly using the same design team to put together her next home.

Interior details are elegant and include terrazzo flooring, massive windows, and an incredible copper fireplace hood separating the living and dining spaces.

The green and gray kitchen has generous counter space, a marble island with seating, open shelving, and a nearby pantry.

Moore’s acting chops have earned her Emmy and Golden Globe nominations, and she’s appeared in such movies as “Midway” and “A Walk to Remember.”

And she’s also an accomplished singer—she’s a Grammy nominee and her debut album in 1999 went platinum. In all, Moore has seven studio albums to her name and has sold 10 million albums over her career.
