We would like to explain how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed. This Privacy Policy applies to our Sites and Apps. We collect information from you when you visit our website or register or subscribe to our mobile Sites or Apps, or respond to a survey or fill out a contact us form, feedback forms or any other promotional content.

Personal Data :

Username: We do not ask for a legal name, user name can be any name to represent you on the Sites or Apps. It will also help us to maintain privacy of your email address and not to disclose the email address. You give consent to the Company to display the username to other users available on the Sites or Apps.

Email Address: We require an email address to identify and authenticate the unique user on the Sites or Apps.You give consent to the Resonier Systems Inc. to use email address to send verification code email to check the authenticity of email and, Or to communicate with the user from Sites or Apps.

User Photo: Optional to upload on the platform. You may upload any picture to show its profile on the Sites or Apps. Company will not be held responsible for the content of the image or copyright of the image given by the user. You are solely responsible for the uploaded user photo. You agree and give consent to the Company to display the user photo to other users available on the Sites or Apps.

• Unique device id: If you use our mobile application(s) (RacerRadar) on your mobile device we may collect your unique device id number.

    1. To improve our service (we continually strive to improve our service offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you or the users).
    2. To process the transactions if any.
    3. To send updates, new features or any changes about Sites or Apps.
    4. To administer promotion, survey or other site features which may require user inputs (making reports based on the survey data).

We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our website. By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data.

We do not collect the age information but we would respect not to have users below Age 13, If you believe that anyone that might be below age 13 and we have their Personal Data, please contact us at info@resonier.com, with a e-mail subject as “ Under 13 age data “, Once verified we will remove the data from our Sites or Apps

The Company and its products and services SItes or App are intended and operational in the United States of America.
