An account PIN is a 6-digit numerical number you create for your PureTalk account.
Why is an Account PIN required?
PINs are used to help verify your identity. Adding a PIN provides you with an additional layer of security on your account.
What is an Account PIN used for?
Your Account PIN is used to help verify your identity when you call in to speak with Customer Service.
How can I change my PIN?
You can update your PIN anytime by logging into your PureTalk account at https://www.puretalk.com/account or by dialing 611 from your PureTalk device.
What if I don't remember my Account PIN?
If you do not remember your Account PIN, you can log in to your online Customer Portal to change/update your PIN. Please keep in mind, Customer Service will not have access to your account if your Account PIN cannot be verified.
