Website Accessibility

Language Services

The Agency website employs a user-friendly format and navigation. To assist individuals to read our website in languages other than English, Google Translate is available on most Agency webpages in the lower right corner of your browser window, which can offer translation for over 100 languages.   For more information about Google Translate or its Terms of Service, please visit: Google Translate Support or Google Terms of Service.

Automated translation services, such as Google Translate, only provide an approximation of the website’s original content, and are unable to translate graphics, some applications, and other files, such as documents in portable document format (pdf). The Agency does not make any guarantees, warranties, or assurances of the reliability or accuracy of such translations, and anyone relying on information obtained through an automated translation service does so at their own risk. Any discrepancies or differences created in the translation of Agency information are not binding and have no legal effect for compliance, enforcement, or any other purpose.

The Agency also offers free language interpretation (spoken) and translation (written) services for our constituents. For more information about these services, please refer to the Agency’s Limited English Proficiency and Access Plan or email us.
