5. What are the steps involved in Laser Piles Treatment?
"The patient will be sedated before the surgery using either general or local anesthesia.
The patient is placed in a way such that the ankles are above the chest region.
Then the surgeon will insert the laser fiber probe into the distal end of the pile.
Now, the laser is activated while the probe is rotated to avoid sticking to the tissues.
The laser probe is inserted to any other piles and activated while the probe is rotating.
After completion of the surgery, the insertion site is coagulated."
