I few more information is required to suggest you the best medicines .
Do you have any fever ?
Any nose block or feeling of phlegm coming to your throat ?
Have you tried salt water gargle?
If any of these are there , then you may require antibiotics . If not ,antibiotics are totally unnecessary .
You can try with some pain medications like paracetamol or ibuprofen , medicated lozenges and gargle initially .
