Apart from SGOT and SGPT  all other parameters are normal. Please get a sonography of the upper abdomen done to see fatty infiltration.  The treatment will depend on sonography report.

Both your SGOT and SGPT levels are slightly elevated above the normal range. Elevated levels of these enzymes can indicate liver damage or inflammation. Common causes include: • Liver Conditions: Such as hepatitis, fatty liver disease, or cirrhosis. • Medications: Some medications can cause liver enzyme levels to rise. • Alcohol Consumption: Excessive alcohol intake can damage the liver. • Heart Conditions: Elevated AST can also be related to heart problems. • Muscle Injury: Both enzymes can rise with significant muscle injury.
