Severe stomach pain
Hi Whenever i lie on my stomach suddenly i feel little pain in upper stomach and within 10 minutes i becomes so severe that it feels like something is pushing from inside and i feel like vomiting. Once i vomit, the pain automatically goes away as it was never there. Kindly help

Keep yourself hydrated Avoid spicy and oily food Eat protein rich food Take tablet omez once in a day before meals Luke warm water in early morning empty stomach

It is due to gastric... Avoid oily fried and spicy items.. you can take antacid too. Drink plenty of fluids
