Scratchy throat
Hi, I had covid in the week of 18th July and have recovered fully except for scratchy throat. During covid, I had taken paracetamol 650 mg for multiple days and did a 5 day azythromycin course.
Scratchy throat started a few days back. It is not consistent and happens once or twice a day. Spicy or sour foods or dry throat trigger it.
I have been taking benedryl and strepsil which help to some extent.
Please advise.

It might not be pharyngitis , can be acid reflux which is causing problems, plz consult for advice on medications

Do salt and warm water gargles 2-3 times a day and throat rest ( speak less)
