I was coughing for 3 days and have a sore throat this morning i woke up and couldn't speak. Please help i need to be able to have a voice

This condition where there is severe hoarseness of voice and associated cough is known as acute simple laryngitis
Next Steps
You need to take a course of antibiotics and anti reflux medications. Give voice rest, drink plenty of water and do steam inhalation. With these measures you should be alright within few days
