Lower abdominal and back pain

I have lower abdominal and lower back pain..pain sometimes comes and go..my ultrasound is ok and pap smear is negative..what should i do..i am worried..please help doctor

I’ve been having lower abdominal pain but mostly lower back pain as well as pain at the end of urinating. I was under the impression I had a uti as there was a day where it felt like I constantly needed to urinate though that only lasted a day or so yet I’m still having the pain.

Lower right abdominal pain and lower back pain. A constant pain, worse with pressure,coughing, laughing or sudden movement. Every breath in makes the pain noticeable.
