The drugs that are safe in pregnancy and lactation are Amoxicillin + clavulanate, Azithromycin & Ceftriaxone For diarrhoea loperamide is safe provided it’s a non infective diarrhoea. Use of anti motility drugs in infective diarrhoea is not recommended. Visit a qualified doctor preferably MD Medicine and consult your gynaecologist also.
