Hello Doctor. I had sneezing and runny nose on 24 June. I took cetirizine for 2 days. On 28 June, I had cough and fever ( temperature went Upto 100.3F). So, I went to ENT. He checked my throat and told viral infection and prescribed me allergic medicine and antibiotics for 5 days. I took dolo 650 for one day only as my fever stopped within 24 hrs. Today mng my antibiotics got over. But I still have head heaviness and body tiredness and my temp is 99F whereas past 3 days, my temp was 98.5F. Today is day 5 after I got my fever. Now I have temp 98.8F to 99F, head heaviness, occasional cough and body tiredness.
Please advise me how long it will take to recover?
Should I go to doctor again?

Such viral infections do last for 5-7 days.Tiredness may last even longer. You should visit your doctor if the fever is not relieved or you have severe fatigue
