Fever and body pain
I am having fever from last 3 days now on 4th day fever is normal but there is so much pain on my knees and thighs also on elbow . Please suggest should i need to do any test . 15 days back i tested for B12 and Vit D this is so low is this just because if these deficiency or may b another reason
