Continous Burps all day
I am having Continues burps all day from last 30 days , I have been to doctor thrice and was on different Medicines like t.Pantocid DSR , Rantac MPS for first 10 days it didn't work. so doctor put me on Sompraz - L for another 7 days , now on Ganaton . I don't have any Pain in Abdomen or any where else, eating less spicy and oily food, drinking enough water., but still I feel air bubble up my throat and feel like I need to burp to release that ( no smell or taste in burps) all the time. This making my daily routine horrible and embarrassing in front of others. Now doctor has asked me to get Endoscopy done to identify problem this weekend, Please let me know your best opinion what needs to be done and how to control it. other Info : I Don't smoke or drink , I go for walk regularly , I am not obese .

Fallow bellow advices with your medication...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..if no improvements consult physician.

Try taking some enzymes like unienz me tab after food thrice daily. It will help in food digestion and reduce burping. Also take yogurt or buttermilk regularly. This will reduce gas formation, drink lots of water and see that you don't have constipation.
