Bulging out voice box under Adam's apple
Hello, I'm Jude who is 18 years old , I have been a smoker for 8 months straight but quit, I used to smoke 4 cigarettes daily and drink alcohol alot. I honestly stopped all this for good and want to lead a healthy life. But I've noticed my voice box literally bulging out and it has been like that for 2 months, I have a tight feeling there and sometimes it's painful but not severe, I also have chronic cold as it could be the culprit of the pain and I have slight breathlessness. I am now after that is it thyroid or cancer or a tumor or some other health issue as I've been to 2 local doctors and and ent but they just said it was my voice box. Please let me know what is it as I'm deeply worried 😭🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

It's just prominent Thyroid prominence, nothing to worry.
But for chronic cold, may be allergic ull need Medications. Incase you have breathlessness it can be bcoz of nose issue..just check with ENT doc.
Don't keep touching thyroid prominence( Adam's apple)
